Congratulations to all of our Bootcamp participants!

I would like to congratulate all of our Bootcamp participants who participated in a challenging 6 weeks of obstacles, early starts, ad various fitness and nutritional challenges, I am looking forward to their continued fitness journey.

Tips to keep your fitness on track:

With winter quickly approaching, it can be hard to stay motivated and easy to stray from our goals & routines. Why not try these 3 tips to keep you motivated and accountable to your health and fitness goals throughout winter?

1. Mix up your routine:

I know that cold winter mornings make it all the more harder to wake up and roll out of bed in the morning, and much less to workout. Hey, we’re all human! But that shouldn’t stop you from getting out there and smashing your goals! Why not change up your fitness routine by going to a Group fitness class, or planning to work out after work or night? You can check out or Group Fitness Timetable and see what class you might be interested in attending here.

2. Get yourself a Gym Buddy:

We all know that sometimes it can be hard to push ourselves to go to the gym, especially when it’s a solo session. That’s why we encourage you to enlist yourself a training buddy. I give you permission to nag and nag your friend OR family member until they finally cave and train with you! Friends who train together, stay together. Or at least that’s what I’ve heard! Having someone to train with at the gym not only motivates you to want to train, but it gives you that accountability. You’ve both got each other to push at the gym and what better way to feel inspired and smash out your session?

3. Find your motivation:

You might be wondering what I mean by this. Well, sometimes it can be hard to push yourself to do something if you have no motivation or an end goal. Motivation can dry up fast this time of the year, give yourself a powerful incentive to carry on. Remind yourself why you began training in the first place, and what it now means to you. Try setting yourself little goals to achieve every day to keep your motivation up!

Be sure to try out this tips and tricks to staying active at the gym!
