4 Week Bootcamp

Still time to join the ONE55 Bootcamp team – and let our Personal Trainers drive you, inspire you, support you and push you to achieve results and find strength you never thought possible!

Our Bootcamp consists of 2, 1 hour sessions a week for 4 weeks. (See session times below*) The groups will vary in size and are made for both beginner and advanced fitness levels. Some of the workouts will be team challenges, boxing workouts, indoor and outdoor sessions and interval training.

Our Bootcamp includes:

  • A fitness Assessment – before & after the bootcamp
  • A fitness test at session 1 & session 12
  • A nutrition pamphlet and advice/meal plan to follow for the 4 weeks
  • Non-members also gain access to the One55 facility during the bootcamp

  • Non Members – $184.99
