ONE55 Health & Fitness will be reopening its doors Monday 11 October.
We are committed to protecting the health and safety of staff, members and community. Guided by the Public Health Order, ONE55 has ensured we are fulfilling requirements to minimise risk and prevent spread to protect the community, this includes:
- Continuing to follow the COVID Safe Check-In requirements through Service NSW
- following social distancing guidelines
- complying with the one person per 4sqm rule for gyms
- Ensuring anyone 12 and over is wearing a mask
- classes or activities at a gym capped at 20 people
We want your return to be as smooth as possible. Upon returning, here is what you need to do:
- Have your vaccination or exemption evidence ready. Click here for acceptable evidence.
- Show your QR check in and vaccination evidence to our Customer Service Team, then use your membership card to scan through the gates
- All group fitness classes require a booking via our ONE55 member portal
- Towels must be used on all pieces of equipment
- Bring your own water as the water fountain will be out of action
All members must be fully vaccinated. To ensure your entry to ONE55 is a smooth and easy process, we urge you to download your vaccination certificate via the Federal MyGov website. Please note this process may take some time so to avoid trouble and delay when entering we recommend you obtain proof of your vaccination prior to attending ONE55. Our staff will be following guidelines issued to them in line with our COVID safe plan. We ask for your patience and respect as we navigate through new requirements for us to open and be compliant with the Public Health Order.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
At ONE55, the safety of our members and staff is our number one priority. We have put an extensive range of protective measures in place (as listed above). These include (but are not limited to); increased cleaning specifications, hygiene stations placed in every area of the gym, adhering to social distancing guidelines, a strict “no towel, no training policy”, repositioning of equipment where possible and switching off some cardio equipment of non-essential areas.
We will also be switching some cardio equipment off to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
PT sessions are temporarily unavailable.
No, face masks are not required to be worn at the gym.
Group Exercise classes will be capped at a maximum of 50 participants including the instructor in accordance with the 4m2 rule. SStudio 1 can accommodate 50 participants. Studio 2 is capped at 35. You can only book your classes 2 days in advance. Only the first 20 sign-ups will a confirmation email from ONE55. Book here.
We will have floor markings in the studio so we ask that you follow them for the duration of the class.
Finally, please bring your own mat. As lockers and change rooms will not be in use, we recommend you only bring the essentials (i.e. water bottle, towel) and be in your gym gear when you arrive.
You will be required to sign in using the Service NSW QR code, as advised by the NSW government and show your check in to our friendly reception staff when you arrive. You will also be required to swipe your membership card as normal. Please also check out of the Service NSW app when you are leaving.
Before we can welcome you back to the gym we ask that you read and understand the below Conditions of Entry:
Stay home if unwell
Wash or sanitise your hands before entering the gym
Bring and use a towel every time you work out
Bring a water bottle
Wipe down equipment before and after use
Keep your distance from others in the club
