HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOU

The health and safety of our ONE55 Tribe and staff is our top priority. To safely support you in getting back into your training, we’re adding the following safety measures and social distancing protocols.

SAFETY MEASURES SOCIAL DISTANCING
  • Thorough cleaning of all equipment
  • Installation of hand sanitising units and sanitising gym wipes
  • Cash-free payments are recommended
  • A ‘No towel, no train’ policy is in place
  • Please bring your own mat when attending Group Fitness classes
  • Repositioning of equipment where possible
  • 1.5-metre floor markings
  • Capped Group Fitness class capacity
  • New Group Fitness booking system
  • PT sessions are temporarily unavailable
  • Capacity of venue limited to 1:2㎡ with capacity counter to track

If you:

  • are feeling unwell; or
  • have been in the company of someone who has been unwell; or
  • tested positive for COVID-19; or
  • been directed to self-isolate;

we ask that you do not attend the gym. Reach out by email or phone if you need your membership placed on hold (admin fee applies).

SIGN IN PROCEDURES

Everyone entering West HQ is required to sign in using the Service NSW QR code, as advised by the NSW government. We recommend downloading the Service NSW app prior to your next visit.

Upon entering you will need to do the following:

  1.  Hold and hover your smartphone camera over the QR code, which can be found on signage at the Main Entrance.
  2. Click the link that pops up on your screen and follow the prompts until you are checked in with the Service NSW app.
  3. Show your phone confirmation to one of the friendly Customer Service staff.
  4. Members will still need to show their Member card and guests will still need to sign in as per the membership T&Cs
  5. Don’t forget to check-out when you leave, which you can do from within the app

If you require help or do not have a smartphone, our friendly Customer Service staff will assist you to check-in.

The Southern Car Park, via North Parade, will be open for ease of access.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

At ONE55, the safety of our members and staff is our number one priority. We have put an extensive range of protective measures in place (as listed above). These include (but are not limited to); increased cleaning specifications, hygiene stations placed in every area of the gym, adhering to social distancing guidelines, a strict “no towel, no training policy”, repositioning of equipment where possible and switching off some cardio equipment of non-essential areas.

We will also be switching some cardio equipment off to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

PT sessions are temporarily unavailable.

Wearing a mask is your choice and not mandatory according to the NSW Government.

Group Exercise classes will be capped at a maximum of 50 participants including the instructor in accordance with the 4m2 rule. SStudio 1 can accommodate 50 participants. Studio 2 is capped at 35. You can only book your classes 2 days in advance. Only the first 20 sign-ups will a confirmation email from ONE55. Book here.

We will have floor markings in the studio so we ask that you follow them for the duration of the class.

Finally, please bring your own mat. As lockers and change rooms will not be in use, we recommend you only bring the essentials (i.e. water bottle, towel) and be in your gym gear when you arrive.

You will be required to sign in using the Service NSW QR code, as advised by the NSW government and show your check in to our friendly reception staff when you arrive.  You will also be required to swipe your membership card as normal. Please also check out of the Service NSW app when you are leaving.

Before we can welcome you back to the gym we ask that you read and understand the below Conditions of Entry:

Stay home if unwell
Wash or sanitise your hands before entering the gym
Bring and use a towel every time you work out
Bring a water bottle
Wipe down equipment before and after use
Keep your distance from others in the club
