How do I freeze my membership?
To freeze your membership please complete a Hold Request found at the top of this page.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course! Your friend can redeem a free 3-day trial pass to experience everything that ONE55 has to offer. Please click ‘START A FREE TRIAL’ or speak to our customer service team at reception for more details.
How do I book group fitness classes?
You can book a group fitness class online here via our timetable.
Where do I access my billing receipts?
You can access your billing and reciepts via our members porta linked at the top of this page.
How do I cancel my membership?
Customers must attend the gym to cancel as per Terms and Conditions.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Yes, eligible ONE55 memberships can be transferred to another person, subject to approval and a transfer fee.
